On February 4, 2019, at the ' Global Conference on Human Fraternity,' Pope Francis and leading Sunni Imam Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayeb signed a document that some suspect may lead towards a "one world religion."

The covenant is called “a guideline for future generations”. “This blueprint for the future calls on people across the globe to bring about interfaith harmony and spread a vital message of peace.

“From our fraternal and open discussions, and from the meeting that expressed profound hope in a bright future for all human beings, the idea of this document on Human Fraternity was conceived.

It's a document that invites all persons who have faith in God and faith in human fraternity to unite and work together so that it may serve as a guide for future generations to advance a culture of mutual respect and the awareness of the great divine graces that makes all human beings brothers and sisters”

The document is calling for peace between nations, religion and races in front of a global audience of religious leaders from Christianity, Islam, Judaism and other faiths. “Faith leads a believer to see in the other a brother or sister to be supported and loved”

Is the document really just promoting peace between religions or is this the start if the One World Religion mentioned in the bible?

"Revelation 17 speaks of a "great prostitute" (or "great harlot") that is generally understood as a metaphor for a false religion that will exist during the tribulation period. Many have debated the identity of this religion, with some arguing the Roman Catholic Church, Islam, or another large religious movement will be the end-times, one-world religion.

However, it is more likely that the false religion of the last days will consist of an inclusive religion that allows for a pluralistic view of God. This would include even liberal monotheistic groups that see "all religions as one" and are willing to worship the Antichrist in the last days”. Source

Quote Pope Francis:

“Dear friends Al Salam Alaikum (Peace be upon you!). I believe it is possible but only if we grow together alongside one another, with openness and respect. Willing to take on everyone's problems which are the problems of each person in the global village.

We cannot speak of sustainable development without solidarity (cf. Laudato Si, 159). We could even say that the good, if it is not the common good is not actually good. Perhaps now more than ever thinking and acting require a true dialogue with others because without others there is no future for me."

The sheik posted on Twitter: “We discussed enhancing cooperation, consolidating dialogue, tolerance, human coexistence & important initiatives to achieve peace stability and development for people and societies”

What do you think is this the beginning of a "one world religion"?
